Is my data safe?
Yes. Your profile is only visible to landlords who view your link or see your showing application.
Do landlords actually use this?
Yes. Every listing on Perch is posted by a real landlord or agent with available showing slots.
What if I'm self-employed or a student?
You choose your employment type when you build your profile (employed, self-employed, student, and more), so the basics line up with how you actually work.
For landlords
How do I know renter profiles are real?
Every profile includes the same fields (income, employment, credit range, and move-in date), so you can compare fairly. Landlords should still do their own due diligence before signing.
What if someone doesn't show up?
You only accept the applicants you want for each showing, so you see who is booked. Perch is built to cut back-and-forth, not to replace the checks you already run.
Can I collect rent through Perch?
Not today. We focus on listings, showings, and applications. Rent, utilities, and in-app lease tools are on our radar as we grow.
